MS. LINDA DELANEY

MANAGEMENT

LINDA DELANEY has over 14 years of experience in management and management training. She has served as a President, Executive Director, and Director.  She is certified in strategic planning, technical assistance, and resource development.  Linda has worked for the City of Memphis, Human Resources Academy of Learning and Development, the Mississippi Couny Workforce Alliance, the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, and the Arkansas Evaluation Center.

Clients include the Centers for Disease Control, National Minority Aids Council, and the Legacy Foundation.

Linda provides leadership development training.  She also provides a wide-variety of related training programs, including:  Basic sales skills, customer service, communication skills, ethics in the workplace, respect in the workplace, team building, and change management.

She also provides evaluation consultation services ranging from empowerment and participatory approaches to traditional literature search, interview, observation, and survey methods.

Linda is the Chair of the Arkansas Group of Evaluators, a local-affiliate of the American Evaluation Association.

Linda Delaney also has experience hosting local television.
